Our team is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Our dentist, Dr. Kelly Paula, DMD, is an outstanding dentist with over 25 years of experience and multiple specialties. She took over the practice in 2021 and has made a point to honor the legacy of the previous dentist by providing individualized and compassionate care to our Ft. Lauderdale area patients.

Our priority is to help you maintain good oral health and achieve the appearance you’ve dreamed of. We accept all major insurance providers, and we have payment plans available. We welcome you to our practice Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, and by appointment on Saturdays. Call us to schedule an appointment with our dentists in Fort Lauderdale.

What is an All-on-4?

This prosthesis is a modern solution for the oral rehabilitation of patients who have lost all their teeth. The All-on-4 fixes dental implants to the bone that supports your teeth. It provides much greater stability and gives back confidence and the freedom to speak, chew and smile without worry.

Which patients is All-on-4 indicated for?

The purpose of the All-on-4 is to optimize bone utilization, thereby reducing the need for bone grafts. This approach is widely applied in patients who have lost all teeth in an arch and have difficulties with dentures and adapting to new protheses. This is a viable option for both the upper and lower arches and is especially suitable for patients who do not meet the requirements for conventional dental implants.

What are the advantages of the All-on-4 technique?

As it eliminates the need for bone grafts, the All-on-4 protocol is less invasive, less traumatic, and faster.
The cost of the procedure is lower as the number of implants is reduced.
The procedure is shorter and simpler than traditional methods.
The fixed prosthesis can be installed immediately (and can be temporary or permanent, depending on the patient’s case).

How does the treatment work?

Like any other implant technique, success depends on accurate and well-executed planning. At Amazing Smiles, the patient undergoes a thorough evaluation so that the best outcome is determined and the result is predictable and safe.

The treatment plan is personalized so we know that the rehabilitation will be successful. In the initial consultations, diagnostic exams and initial assessments are performed. Everything that can ensure accurate planning is carried out. After completing this step, the surgical procedure for installing the implants takes place and after a brief recovery break, the prosthesis can now be installed.
